Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed during the week will be processed / shipped within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends / public holidays will be processed the next working day. However, we are not always able to comply with this because everything is handmade and prepared on request that's why the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are € 6,95. If you have placed an order from € 50,- you will not pay shipping costs.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. As soon as your order is with one of these deliverers, you will be informed about this with a possible track and trace code.
